I only offer unattended sessions for animals. With pet healings we don’t meet on a live call; instead, I include a written summary following their session sent to you via email. Ideally the appointment will be scheduled at a time when your pet is typically calm and resting (i.e. while you’re at work), but it’s not essential.

What to Expect in Your Reiki Session
I am honoured to facilitate your healing journey. Knowing that you have the ability to heal and grow is such a powerful step to self-transformation. As a Reiki Master, trained in the Traditional Usui-Tibetan method, I approach your energy healing session with utmost care for your personal comfort while empowering you to engage with your own insight and intuition. I do not search for underlying information (as in an Energy Insight reading), rather, I allow Reiki to guide your session, restoring harmony on all levels.
We will begin our session with a brief consultation to help us both gain clarity regarding your intentions for the Reiki treatment. Setting a clear intention along with your openness to receiving the energy creates a powerful energy field to support your healing.
Once you are comfortable and relaxed, I allow Reiki to balance your energetic system using my hands via touch, by hovering, or through my trained intuitive connection. In a distance session, we close our call during this healing offering. You remain fully clothed throughout the session for your complete comfort.
Each of us experiences Reiki differently and what you perceive from one treatment to the next, or with various practitioners is also unique. You may feel sensations like warmth, cold, or tingling, see colours or patterns, release emotionally, gain clarity, find deep peace and relaxation, or even no sensations at all. What you feel, or don’t feel however is not a marker for the success of your treatment and I believe it is always exactly what you need at that time.
At the conclusion of your treatment we will reconvene to briefly discuss your experiences and I will provide any additional feedback that was brought to my attention during the treatment. Beyond the benefits you have experienced in this magical exchange of energy, Reiki will continue to weave its way through your life in the days to come while you integrate the healing energy. Our goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, clear, and ready to tackle any further healing you feel you require - you are your own master healer.

About Distance Reiki
With distance Reiki (also known as remote Reiki) I channel Reiki to you while physically separated. Understandably, this may seem unbelievable. During my early training I was admittedly skeptical, but once experienced, it was impossible to deny. Now, I can see that distance energy healing is often more powerful, and it has become my specialty!
Reiki is pure energy, so Quantum Theory explains that energy exchange is not confined to the same rules of space and time as our own physical reality. Although the experience is indeed different, many people, prefer this method of healing as it can be very deep. Since we are less guarded when alone, and communication between our physical energies is removed, we are more open to receiving the energy through a clearer Spiritual channel.
Distance Reiki is also ideal if you cannot travel, are sick, or simply would prefer to skip the commute and remain in the comfort of your own home.
Our remote session is similar to in-person Reiki except that our discussion before and after the treatment will take place via a video call. You will need to dedicate time for the appointment where you can be relaxed, receptive, and undisturbed; I will hold space for Reiki to open, energize, and balance your Chakras just as if we were together.
There is an element of mystery with Spiritual healing work that I will never be able explain. What I do know based on my own personal experiences, is that while we may be physically separated, we remain very much connected in light.
