Hello, sensitive one.
I’m Leigh.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Energy Healer, Psychic Intuitive, Craniosacral Practitioner, and Somatic Therapist.

I currently offer healing sessions, in-person and online from my home-based studio in Cumberland on Vancouver Island, BC. I am grateful for the privileged opportunity to live, learn, heal, and practice within the traditional land and territory of the K’ómoks First Nation, the First People and time-honoured keepers of this sacred and unceded land of plenty.

Alongside my healing practice, I identify as an athlete, animal lover and dog Momma, Earth-tender, designer, and explorer. I have a mind for seeing patterns as well as disruptions in them. It makes me excellent at building puzzles, stumbling across four leaf clovers, and finding blocks in your energy field. As a minimalist who loves weeding and organizing, I can sense what’s not serving you, to help you release it and create space for what will.

I believe everything and everyone has a place and purpose. I value truth, fairness, kindness, freedom, and our planet. I strive to serve with integrity, a grateful heart, and a curious mind.

As a child I was naturally sensitive to other people’s emotions. I always wanted those around me to feel good, and so my caretaking qualities were reinforced from a young age. Eventually, my worthiness became attached to being good and being useful, and I learned to respond to life by over-giving, people pleasing, and by shutting down emotionally.

It was my previous career that initiated my return to my true nature. I co-led an interior design firm (specializing in commercial spaces) and though I loved the detailed & creative work, I wound up burned out, in survival mode, and was becoming ill. All the “doing”, while repressing my underlying troubles, finally brought me to a pivot point. I made a spontaneous decision to leave my business and instead, move in the direction of ease – the complete unknown.

I didn’t realize it then, but this sudden shift was actually a resolution to heal.

Through a decade of focused personal self discovery, repair, growth, and training in a variety of soul-based healing modalities, I am dedicated to sharing myself as a guide and way-shower for sensitive people like me, and perhaps like you too.

Life will always bring challenges, the practice is to meet them, learn from them, and move in the direction of ease by returning – over and over again – to your true nature. No matter where you are on your personal journey, I’m ready to help you do just that.
