What to Expect in Your Energy Insights Session
All readings take place in a safe and relaxing space that I energetically prepare before you even arrive. I call in our spiritual support team consisting of Guides, healthy Ancestors, Ascended Masters, and Angels to assist in maintaining a clear and supportive room.
Whether on GoogleMeet or in person, we will sit facing one another as I tap into your Spiritual energy for guidance. Yep, this is spirit to spirit communication meaning that it’s always neutral, always loving, and always aligned to your highest and greatest potential. I sit in conversation with your spirit to bring forth symbolic messages that offer intuitive guidance as well as hands-off energy clearing to shift the frequency around what limits you.
Action steps may also be provided to help you continue your healing after the session. Typically we’ll have time for a quick debrief, but emotional unpacking and processing is best done with your friends, family, counsellor, or other mental health professional.

Why Don’t I Predict Future Events?
While your spirit may offer wisdom or guidance as it relates to future events, I do not make predictions. You have free will, and your choices do impact your future. You could leave the room following your reading, turn right instead of left and suddenly you are on a new path with a different set of future events. So to me, it is much more helpful to focus on the energy of now and empower you as a co-creator of your own life.

An Energy Insight Session provides a neutral spiritual perspective to challenges while shifting and healing the energy that limits you.
Daily life experiences and challenges impact your energy field and can create imbalances. Your body’s natural ability to maintain balance is truly amazing, but without support, over time, stagnant energy weakens your aura, chakras, or energy channels, eventually resulting in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges.
Illness, injury, and disease are your body’s way of getting your attention so you can take the necessary actions to re-establish balance.
There are always underlying behaviours, experiences, and/or deconstructive emotions connected to any challenge you are experiencing. Energy Insights sessions aim to intuitively identify those underlying blocks, bringing them into conscious awareness to restore the flow of energy and promote rapid healing.
Curious, open minded people who commit to their healing with further self-exploration following a session benefit the most because, truly, healing is an inside job - no one can do it for you.
