Booking Agreements & Policies for Service

LOCATION INFO FOR IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:
At my home-based practice located at 3309 - 11 Street, Cumberland, BC. Park on the street and come to the front door. There is no waiting room, please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Note that I have a dog. While he will be contained in another room or outside, there may be allergens present and I cannot guarantee complete silence.

MEETING INFO FOR DISTANCE/ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY:
All distance/online sessions are held using Google Meet. You can join our video meeting from a computer using any modern web browser - no software to install. Google Meet also has an audio-only dial-by-phone option. Specific information regarding your appointment will be provided upon booking.

PET HEALINGS:
Pet healings take place via distance and are unattended. This means we do NOT meet on a live call; instead, I include a written summary following their session sent to you via email.

PRE-PAYMENT POLICY:
To hold your spot, I require prompt pre-payment in CAD dollars within 24 hours of booking. Payments made using Square will incur an additional ~3% payment processing fee. I accept cash from existing clients only for in-person sessions. Valid gift certificates and coupon codes also accepted. Upon completion of your online booking, you will receive a confirmation email providing further pre-payment instructions.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Please cancel or reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation email. Frequent rescheduling or cancelling may result in denial of service. Cancelled appointments are fully refundable (minus any payment provider processing fee) with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows are at my discretion.

It can take 4-14 days for refunds to be processed in your bank account and may show as 'SQUARE'. Thank you for your patience.

SICKNESS POLICY FOR IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS:
All of my session types are available via distance/online - ideal when you feel unwell. If you are sick, but would still like the support of a healing session, contact me to arrange for a distance session. Otherwise, please cancel or reschedule your appointment when your symptoms have subsided.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Should you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to fully accommodate you, however, your service time may be shortened as a result.

MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC ADVICE:
I understand that Reiki Practitioners, Energy Healers, and Craniosacral Therapists do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, provide advice of any kind, nor interfere with the treatment of a medical professional. I understand that Reiki, Energy Healing, and Craniosacral Therapy does not replace medical care, but it used to compliment medical treatment. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.
