The terrible things in the news that make you recoil. Could that energetic struggle be playing out inside you too?
Your aversion towards a behaviour or trait, especially in someone you love. Is it really a flaw?
These triggers are messengers revealing your own emotional needs; needs that haven’t been met. Needs that (as an adult) only you can support.
The process of meeting these needs begins with compassionate self-reflection.
So, when you feel inner turmoil, ask yourself this question, “is my attention focused on love, or is it stuck on who isn’t loving me?”
This is a powerful practice to witness your thoughts and to redirect (or reaffirm) your energy in a creative, life-bringing way. It can instantly uplift your auric energy field and invites those around you to do the same.
And this, is one secret to cultivating healthy boundaries.
It’s about supporting what you need to feel loved, to be love, and it’s a step towards reclaiming a truer sense of inner authority.
