A Craniosacral Therapy treatment for new or returning clients to facilitate your body’s natural integrative medicine.
This session offers personalized healing and may include specialized techniques such as intra-oral adjustment, brain tissue repair, organ restoration, and chakra rebalancing as per your needs and approval.

Receive a soulful somatic healing session guided by your wise body and rooted in Craniosacral Therapy methods.
Best suited for returning Craniosacral Therapy clients, a Wise Soma session combines the techniques of Trauma Imprint Repair* with Craniosacral Therapy to offer a potent, personalized healing attunement.
* Trauma Imprint Repair is a gentle form of Somatic Therapy ideal for healing emotional, physical, and generational trauma long-held within your “soma”, your body.
With therapeutic prompts I guide you through a dialogue to access the wisdom of your body. This supportive process allows you to gently uncover and release trauma (and its associated physical symptoms) in a way that you can easefully and permanently integrate.

Nature doesn’t rush nor resist growth. It is resilient and resourceful. Nature innately knows how to rest, to release, to root, to heal, to grow. To use endings as fuel for new beginnings. To work with all parts of itself, through all seasons, to create. To thrive.
This is what I sincerely hope to offer you. A space to honour this same natural intelligence that lives within you as well.
