Your Energy Insights Session

IN-PERSON SESSION

At my home-based practice located at 3309 - 11 Street, Cumberland, BC. Park on the street and come to the front door. There is no waiting room, please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.

Note that I have a dog. While he will be contained in another room or outside, there may be allergens present and I cannot guarantee complete silence.

DISTANCE/ONLINE SESSION

We will connect using your unique Google Meet link found in your appointment confirmation email at our scheduled time.

No software is required to use Google Meet on a desktop computer, but an app & Google/Gmail account may be needed if you plan to use a mobile device.

Should we have any connectivity issues, I will call you using the phone number you provided at booking. If I cannot reach you, or if it is an International call, I will complete the healing or reading as usual and follow up via email with my findings and recommendations.

How to make the most of your Energy Insights session:

  • Before you arrive for your Energy Insights session, hydrate and use the washroom.

  • Bring a pen & paper to record the insights for easy reference after your reading. I will not be recording our session, but you can if you'd like. And don’t forget to have your water close by!

  • Dress comfortably, sit in your favorite chair, have a blanket near by, create a private space that feels good!

  • For 75 minute Expansive Energy Insights Sessions I allow the higher guidance of Spirit to highlight what you need most, but you will have the choice to set a particular intention or focus for your reading. Consider what main challenge you have been working on in your life, and an intention you’d like to bring forward to support this.

    For 45 minute Focused Energy Insights Sessions we’ll go through your questions 1 by 1, so you will want to order them by priority! Your questions can be varied in subject matter.

    Here are some examples:

    • Understand dynamics within a relationship.

    • Uncover underlying causes of physical ailments or persistent emotional challenges.

    • Reveal past life experiences.

    • Welcome connections from your Spiritual Guides (Angels, Ascended Masters, Animal Spirits, etc.).

    • Find clarity around general curiosities & concerns.

    • Learn simply what your spirit wants you to know.

It’s fun to visit, but I do limit chit-chat both before and after. This helps me maintain spiritual alignment and objectivity so you get a better & clearer reading.

What to Expect in Your Energy Insight Session

All readings take place in a safe and relaxing space that I energetically prepare before you even arrive. I call in our Spiritual support team consisting of Guides, healthy Ancestors, Ascended Masters, and Angels to assist in maintaining a clear and supportive room. Whether on GoogleMeet or in person, we will sit facing one another as I tap into your Spiritual energy for guidance.

Yep, this is Spirit to Spirit communication meaning that it’s always neutral, always loving, and always aligned to your highest and greatest potential.

During an Energy Insights session, I sit in conversation with your spirit to bring forth symbolic messages that offer intuitive guidance as well as hands-off energy clearing to shift the frequency around what blocks you. Action steps may also be provided to help you continue your healing after the session. Typically we’ll have time for a question or two, but emotional unpacking and processing is best done with your counsellor or other mental health professional.
